Ollie J Allen IV-
Presidential Nominee

My name is Ollie J. Allen IV, and I have been a proud member of SEIU-UHW for more than 20 years. During this time, I have served as a member, a steward, and previously as an Executive Board Member. My union membership has been a privilege, and these experiences have given me a deep understanding of the challenges members face and the power we have when we stand together.

I am running for union president independently, not on a slate, because I believe our members deserve meaningful choice and leadership that is directly accountable to them. Union leaders should earn the trust and confidence of the membership through integrity, action, and a willingness to fight for members at the bargaining table and wherever their voices must be heard. I am committed to working with all independently elected union officials and member leaders to strengthen our union and deliver real, lasting wins.

SEIU-UHW members deserve a president who knows that the membership IS the union- who respects our voices, uplifts our strength, fights for better wages, safer workplaces, and dignity on the job.

This is the kind of union president I am committed to being.
