We deserve better. Vote for Ollie!

Are you ready to make a change, ready for improvements, and ready to see what our union can be under a new president who values ethics, transparency, and accountability?

The time has come! Once every three years we have the opportunity to vote in the SEIU-UHW Executive Board Union-Wide election. We must take this opportunity seriously, use our right to vote, and change the culture of our union. More protections, like a robust strike fund, improved local representation, and SMART politics! This flyer provides a side-by-side comparison of what we have right now, and what we COULD have.

This election happens every three years. It is time for us to elect a new president of our union who can help to enforce ethics, transparency, and accountability in our union.

Share flyers and information with your coworkers to help GET OUT THE VOTE!

We have 120,000 workers in our union and in 2023, only 10,000 members voted.

If you have questions, you can contact us anytime. You can also ask questions on our Facebook group, as well as Townhall meetings.

Ollie J Allen IV-
Presidential Nominee

My name is Ollie J. Allen IV, and I have been a proud member of SEIU-UHW for more than 20 years. During this time, I have served as a member, a steward, and previously as an Executive Board Member. My union membership has been a privilege, and these experiences have given me a deep understanding of the challenges members face and the power we have when we stand together.

I am running for union president independently, not on a slate, because I believe our members deserve meaningful choice and leadership that is directly accountable to them. Union leaders should earn the trust and confidence of the membership through integrity, action, and a willingness to fight for members at the bargaining table and wherever their voices must be heard. I am committed to working with all independently elected union officials and member leaders to strengthen our union and deliver real, lasting wins.

SEIU-UHW members deserve a president who knows that the membership IS the union- who respects our voices, uplifts our strength, fights for better wages, safer workplaces, and dignity on the job.

This is the kind of union president I am committed to being.

* Ollie J Allen IV has the full endorsement of the SEIU-UHW Member Driven team.
